Leasing Agent

Regency Centers is seeking a Leasing Agent to join their regional office in San Diego, California. The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing the leasing organization of company-owned properties and developing an aggressive property-level leasing program to maximize occupancy and revenues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in business management, finance, real estate, or related field
• At least two (2) years of commercial retail leasing experience (3 to 5 years preferred)
• Knowledge of the retail leasing industry and landlord representation, leases, and sales contracts
• Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and Internet research functionality
• Real estate salesperson license
• Ability to travel throughout the market
• Ability to interpret financial underwriting with respect to a transaction
• Ability to review credit reports and financial data of a proposed tenant
• Quantitative and analytical skills
• Established business contacts and/or knowledge of the local commercial real estate market preferred
