Floor Staff

Floor Staff team members are responsible for ensuring guests receive exceptional service, handling emergency situations, general cleaning duties, and compliance with company policies and dress code. Responsibilities include operating POS systems, promoting the Regal Crown Club program, and ensuring tickets are sold in accordance with the MPAA rating system and company policy.

Requirements

• Completion of cast certification program as a cast member and as box office cashier or progress towards completion required.
• Regal Responsible Beverage Server training on Regal Online University if assigned to sell or serve alcohol
• Physical ability to stand, walk, sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear
• Ability to lift up to 60 pounds
• Good public speaking, listening, and math skills
