Red Ventures is seeking a Director of Facilities & Building Operations to lead and oversee all aspects of facilities management and maintenance operations across multiple campuses. The role will involve strategic planning, budgeting, vendor management, and operational oversight to ensure company standards are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of experience in facilities management
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven experience managing a facilities team and vendor relationships
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
