Senior Branch Administrator

The Senior Branch Administrator plays a key role in leading and motivating the team to deliver a superior client experience. As a Senior Branch Administrator, you will provide ongoing operational and administrative support to the Branch Manager (BM). The incumbent will help implement Branch directives and ensure high-quality service is delivered in all aspects of daily operations.

• Facilitate and/or provide support and training to ensure the maintenance and effective use of advice and client relationship management tools
• Improve the overall client experience by showing them how to deepen relationships and provide quality service
• Establish relationships with peers and others to exchange ideas, benefit from informal support and mentorship
• Work with employees to understand their capabilities and offer regular support to help them develop
• Contribute to the creation of new opportunities for employees by offering development opportunities such as job shadowing, special projects, and training
• Recognize and reward successes to improve employee performance and engagement with the organization
• Provide formal and informal feedback, and help identify and eliminate performance obstacles
• Explain how performance expectations align with company priorities
• Proactively recruit high-potential employees from the community
• Work with Human Resources on all employee-related matters or concerns
• Protect our company, clients, and shareholders by managing and minimizing risk exposure, ensuring regulatory activities and guidelines are respected, and ensuring employees adhere to established policies, practices, and procedures
• Supervise all aspects of Branch operations in terms of:
• Monitoring all administrative and operational activities in each assigned Branch and/or sub-Branch
• Contribute to the creation of an operational excellence culture leading to solid compliance and governance results, in accordance with risk management, code of conduct, reputation, and legal risk requirements, as well as training needs
