Administrative Assistant role responsible for providing support to the Financial Advisor team, handling incoming and outgoing phone calls, managing paperwork, and maintaining the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. The ideal candidate is self-motivated with exceptional administrative skills, has a dependable nature, and is able to work within deadlines independently and as part of a team.
