Job Description
We are seeking a Project Manager with experience in datacenter planning to join our team in Munich, Berlin, or Frankfurt. The successful candidate will work in a rapidly growing team and be responsible for project management and planning of complex datacenter projects in all HOAI phases.
Requirements
- Degree in architecture (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc. or equivalent)
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a project manager in overall planning
- Good knowledge of building regulations, standards and regulations, especially in datacenter planning and operation
- Experience in planning all HOAI phases
- Proven experience in leading medium to large-scale construction projects (ideally datacenters, industrial facilities or comparable)
- Fluent German and English skills in word and writing
