Job Description
Join our team as an overall project leader in the data center area and contribute to working towards a sustainable future. As an experienced project leader, you will work on medium to large construction projects, leading the project team, conducting planning meetings, and ensuring quality of a project team. Requirements
- Completed degree in architecture (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or equivalent)
- At least 10 years of professional experience as a project leader in overall planning
- Experience in project management is desirable
- Very good knowledge of building regulations, standards, and regulations, particularly in the area of planning and operation of data centers
- Planning experience across all HOAI performance phases
- Proven experience in leading medium to large construction projects (ideally data centers, industrial facilities, or comparable)
- Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
