As an experienced project leader, you will work on medium to large construction projects, leading the project team, conducting planning meetings, and ensuring quality of a project team. Requirements

• Completed degree in architecture (Dipl.-Ing., M.Sc., or equivalent)
• At least 10 years of professional experience as a project leader in overall planning
• Experience in project management is desirable
• Very good knowledge of building regulations, standards, and regulations, particularly in the area of planning and operation of data centers
• Planning experience across all HOAI performance phases
• Proven experience in leading medium to large construction projects (ideally data centers, industrial facilities, or comparable)
• Fluent German and English skills in writing and speaking
