Utility Construction Management Associate 1 ensures third-party projects meet approved plans and agreements, identifies and escalates non-compliant items, and develops relationships with field personnel for compliance. Works on utility installations across railroad property, observes trenchless construction, documents site conditions, and maintains dialogue with on- and off-site personnel.
