Sales Representative, Performance Adhesives & Coatings

We are excited to be recruiting a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to support our Performance Adhesives & Specialties Group, combined with our Coatings, Adhesives, Sealants & Elastomers (CASE) Group.

Requirements

• Post-secondary diploma and/or bachelor’s degree in Science, Chemistry, Commerce, or a related field
• Fluency in both French and English
• Previous experience in the adhesives and/or CASE industries, or in a closely related field
• Prior professional experience working directly with customers
• Demonstrated ability and determination to seek out new business opportunities
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Strong team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional time-management skills with a proven ability to meet tight deadlines
• Highly resourceful, flexible, and adaptable
• Strong computer skills, ideally including CRM experience (such as Salesforce) and proficiency with the Office 365 suite
