Job Description
Project Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to join their team and support a National Park Service project upgrading the entrance fee collection system and demolishing an existing building at Gateway National Recreation Area – Jacob Riis Park Unit in Queens, NY. The role involves overseeing construction, ensuring quality, and providing technical support, all within a National Park Service framework.
Requirements
- Provide technical assistance and support to Construction Manager during construction.
- Interpret and understand construction contracts and specifications.
- Arrange meetings, document issues, and review schedules.
- Inspect work and review contractor compliance.
- Review RFIs and track progress.
