Construction Management Representative

Project Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Construction Management Representative to join a National Park Service (NPS) utility infrastructure rehabilitation project at Fort Wadsworth in Staten Island, New York. This project involves replacing and modernizing water, wastewater, and stormwater systems, including waterline mains and distribution systems, fire hydrants, service connections, and sewer line replacement. The role requires close coordination with park staff and meticulous project oversight to minimize disruption and ensure environmental protection.

Requirements

• Four years of Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Technology, or related field (or 5 years of equivalent experience).
• Minimum of five years of relevant construction/engineering experience.
• Knowledge of inspecting and documenting construction projects involving underground utilities.
• OSHA 30 construction safety training preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret plans, schedules, and other specifications.
• Strong computer and technology literacy.
• Valid driver's license.
