The IT Solutions Delivery Architect will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, test and implement technology solutions that reduce friction and simplify operational processes. - Proven track record of assessing opportunities, aligning with operational teams, and implementing technologies that enhance operational efficiency.
- Ability to project manage pilot testing and broad implementation efforts, including cross functional project planning and initiation.
- Ability to collaborate with Operations Management to ideate, assess and create practical opportunities to advance the guest experience through technology implementation.
- In-depth knowledge of POS and payment processing systems, restaurant management applications (e.g., COGs and labor management), and other digital applications.
- Knowledge of guest facing digital applications (branded website and app ordering platforms, 3rd party delivery systems, etc.) is a plus.
- Knowledge of and interest in competitive business practices that are considered best in class or emerging relative to guest facing or crew member facing technologies.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and the unique challenges faced in a fast casual dining environment.
- Enthusiasm for the latest technology trends and their application in the restaurant industry.
- Ability to build relationships and communicate clearly while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to create impactful presentations that cogently present strategies (ideas and concepts), testing and implementation results, etc. to various parties (senior management, operations management, etc.).
- Innovative thinker with the ability to utilize critical thinking to propose creative solutions to operational challenges.
