Job Description
Planet is seeking a Customer Success Manager specializing in the U.S. & Canada Defense and Intelligence sectors. This role will focus on supporting customers within these critical domains, leveraging Planet's imagery and platform to deliver maximum value. The ideal candidate will be a geospatial expert with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for remote sensing data.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success, account management, or related fields
- Experience collaborating with the U.S. Department of Defense and/or Intelligence Community
- Excellent orientation towards delivering solutions and value to clients
- Proficient in remote sensing platforms and solutions
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities
