This Scrum Master position involves facilitating discovery sprints, leading Agile teams, and supporting the implementation phase. Requirements

• 6+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead
• Proven ability to lead Agile teams across discovery and implementation phases
• Strong understanding of web platforms, CMS (AEM preferred), and digital transformation initiatives
• Exceptional facilitation and conflict-resolution skills
• Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and Agile metrics reporting
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
