Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of sales experience, including 4+ years leading high-performing sales teams
• Deep understanding of the North American commercial market
• Proven ability to hire, train, and manage diverse teams, including remote roles
• Ability to align sales strategies with business goals and drive measurable growth
• Skilled in managing deadlines, budgets, and compensation plans with precision
