PEXA is revolutionizing the way property is settled in Australia and the UK, and we're looking for a UX Designer to join our Product team in the UK. This is a junior–mid weight User Experience Designer role that offers flexibility and a collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a B2B SaaS environment as a UX/CX Designer
- Ability to shape feature requirements through research, insight and collaboration with product and delivery teams
- Strong ability to create low- and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes to explore, test and communicate design solutions
- Ability to manage deadlines effectively and confidently challenge or renegotiate timeframes with clear justification when required
- Ability to communicate openly with the team about progress, risks or support needs, and to work independently with appropriate escalation
- Ability to clearly articulate design ideas and rationale to a broad range of stakeholders, including senior and non-design audiences
- Strong collaboration skills and experience working closely with other designers in both one-to-one and group settings
- A proactive approach to learning new skills, tools and design approaches, and applying them in practice
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and shifting workloads in a fast-paced product environment
