PEXA is looking for a Content Planning Manager to lead the development and ongoing management of an integrated content calendar across brands, ensuring structured planning, scheduling and coordination of all content types, in adherence to the brand guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong experience in B2B marketing, with strong ownership of content planning and delivery within integrated campaigns
- Experience in a regulated, complex or technical industry (property or B2B SaaS advantageous)
- Proven ability to translate commercial objectives into structured, multi-channel content programmes
- Experience managing content across multiple brands or propositions
- Strong editorial judgement with the ability to simplify complex subject matter while maintaining commercial relevance
- Excellent organisational and project management skills, able to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Strong stakeholder management experience, working cross-functionally with Product, Digital and Communications teams
- Experience managing agencies and external suppliers
- Commercially aware, with a solid understanding of SEO, performance metrics and how content drives engagement and lead generation
