Journeyworker

This Journeyworker position is for individuals tasked with operating, maintaining, and repairing power transmission and distribution systems. The role requires mastery of tasks, adherence to safety regulations, and participation in training. There is also some supervisory/leadership responsibilities including handling customer complaints, and maintaining a safe and reliable working environment.

Requirements

• Mastery of apprentice duties
• Knowledge of business and management principles
• Valid Texas Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) and Motor Vehicle Report
• Ability to stand, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, or move up to 50 pounds.
• Availability for call-out duty
• Compliance with PEC policies
• Regular use of PPE
