Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Term )

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for the execution of Payments Canada's most complex and high-priority searches across all business units, managing the full life cycle recruitment process, and executing creative sourcing strategies to identify diverse, high-caliber talent for executive and leadership positions.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field
• A minimum of seven (7) years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Proven track record in sourcing and recruiting for high volume technical roles in a fast pace environment, at all levels of the organization, including executives
• Strong relationship management and consultative skills (with candidates, hiring managers, and key business partners); ability to influence, inform and negotiate
• Deep understanding of current HR legislation, specifically the Canada Labour Code, and experience in the banking or financial services industry
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• RPR designation is considered an asset
• Experience in the banking industry or financial services is considered an asset
