Senior Manager, Workflow Optimization & AI Enablement

The Senior Manager, Workflow Optimization & AI Enablement plays a critical role in driving enterprise AI adoption and process optimization across the organization. This hands-on position is responsible for conducting workflow analysis to identify strategic AI use cases that enhance cycle time, operational efficiency, and decision quality. The successful candidate will translate these use cases into phased roadmaps for business areas, guide and support AI enablement initiatives, and apply deep expertise in business process and automation within the dynamic world of enterprise AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, engineering, data science, information systems, business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Deep expertise in business process improvement and automation assessment.
• Understanding of production LLMs / agentic architectures / natural language processing, application integrations via. APIs, modern AI stacks.
• Sound business and technical acumen, with demonstrated ability to quickly become familiar with unfamiliar businesses areas or technologies.
• Analytical and organized mindset, with the ability to define metrics, track impact.
• 8+ years of experience in process improvement, data, analytics, AI, or automation ideally with consulting experience.
• Proven ability to analyze enterprise workflows, data, system, decision touch points to identify automation or insight enhancement opportunities – and translate into improvements and technical use cases.
• Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes and communicate effectively with executive and non-technical audiences.
• Communicate clearly across audience with varied levels of AI and data expertise.
• Influence without authority, working across enterprise teams and levels.
• Experience in finance or comparable industries.
