Job description
Orange Sky is seeking a Non-Executive Director to provide strategic leadership and direction, monitor financial performance, and oversee the Chief Executive Officer. The role is a volunteer position with a 3-year term and a time commitment of 1 meeting every 2 months, ad hoc meetings and events, and an annual trip to visit shifts outside of SEQ.
