Management Accountant

We are looking for an energetic, curious, and ambitious Management Accountant who loves forecasting, analysis, and improving the way things work. This is a permanent role in a growing and future-focused Finance function.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in financial forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis
• A degree qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA/CA highly regarded)
• Strong analytical skills and a keen eye for detail
• The ability to turn financial data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills – you can collaborate with stakeholders across departments
• Advanced in Xero, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets
• A proactive mindset – you anticipate challenges and adapt to change easily
• A team-first attitude – you enjoy working closely with others to achieve shared goals
