As an Auth0 Technical Account Manager, you will own the account management function, advise customers on best practices and product adoption, and have a deep interest in the security space and where the industry is headed particularly from a CIAM perspective. The role is part of the global Technical Account Management team that owns Auth0 customer success within Okta’s broader Customer Success team. You will collaborate with Auth0’s customers to share knowledge, best practices and make recommendations to continuously innovate around identity and security. As a strategic identity coach, you will enable Auth0's worldwide growth by educating existing customers and ensuring they are happy and successful. You will share your technical and product expertise with customers through presentations, demonstrations, technical evaluations, and ongoing recommendations on Auth0 and industry best practices.
