Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater

Project Engineer - Water/Wastewater Non-Union Position. The Civil Engineer – Utility Construction serves as a subject matter expert in planning, feasibility analysis, and construction delivery for water, wastewater utility infrastructure projects. The role applies advanced engineering knowledge to assess utility service availability, evaluating project costs and constraints, coordinating with developers and contractors, and providing technical leadership throughout design and construction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field (required)
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in Texas required
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in water, wastewater, land development, or municipal infrastructure
