Long Beach - Relationship Manager 2 - Onsite (So.CA)

We are looking for a Relationship Manager II to consult with members, identify needs, and offer solutions. The ideal candidate will have 18 months of financial institution experience, strong knowledge of deposit and loan products, and excellent communication skills. The role involves coaching and mentoring staff, leading by example, and maintaining confidentiality with member information.

Requirements

• Consults with members
• Identifies needs, offers solutions, and follows up on pending transactions
• Inputs, processes, and funds all consumer and small business loan types
• Recommends other products and services
• Calls on various call reports to garnish more business
• Performs various RM duties
• Assists with leadership functions in the absence of branch management
• Identifies and reports any suspicious behavior or suspected fraud activity
• Completes all required training and compliance modules
