Universal Service Representative

We are seeking a Universal Service Representative to provide top-notch customer service, sell financial products, and build member relationships in a dynamic environment. This role requires a minimum of three years of credit union or banking teller experience, consumer lending experience, and a high school diploma. The ideal candidate is passionate about making a difference in their community, sales-driven, and committed to providing exceptional service. Requirements

• Ability to effectively upsell and cross-sell products and services.
• A minimum of three years of credit union or banking teller experience is preferred.
• Consumer lending experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain NMLS number.
• Desire to develop sales skills.
• Desire for continual professional development.
• Effective communication skills.
• High school diploma.
• Cash handling experience.
• Willingness and ability to substitute at other local branches if necessary.
