Finance Executive

We are seeking a Finance Executive to join our team in the Philippines. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing supplier invoices, and managing expense claims.

Requirements

• Bookkeeping or accounting experience with focus on AP/AR and expense management
• Proficiency with Xero accounting software
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel (spreadsheets, reconciliations)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Problem-solving and analytical skills
