Requirements
- Extensive years in a digital marketing agency setting with hands-on experience in advanced insights such as multi-touch attribution, time series forecasting, evaluation of lead quality, target setting, marketing mismodeling, experimental design
- Experience leading and executing advanced insights projects for well-known, enterprise level brands that entail collaborating cross-functionally with marketers, business stakeholders, vendors, engineers, and data scientists
- Business writing skills and visual communication to be able to report advanced insights to business stakeholders fitting different mediums: written reports with references, slides, and customized charts leveraging strong data story-telling principles and skills
- Expertise with SQL, Python,R and Regex is required
- Proficiency with SQL databases such as BigQuery
- Expertise with MMM platforms or comparable opensource libraries
- Expertise with MTA platforms or MTA capabilities within marketing or digital analytics platforms
- Proficiency with testing or incrementality platforms
- Proficiency with ad platforms(broadly from Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, Reddit with required experience in Campaign Manager 360) and digital analytics (Google Analytics or similar)
- BS degree, preferably in a quantitative subject that includes coursework in statistics, human computer interaction, data visualization, cognitive science, or computer science science/engineering
- Familiarity with generative AI platforms and their contribution to data work
- Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, or other Email/CRM Marketing technologies is aplus
