Product Training & Customer Experience Manager

We’re looking for a dynamic and engaging Product Training & Customer Experience Manager to design and deliver training that empowers our teams, strengthens product knowledge, and enhances overall store performance.

Requirements

• Experience designing and delivering training programmes (retail or customer-focused environments preferred)
• Strong communication and presentation skills, both in person and virtually
• A natural leader who can motivate, coach, and support teams
• Highly organised, proactive, and adaptable, with a passion for customer experience
• Willingness to travel to stores and work flexibly when required
