We are looking for an experienced UK based Payroll Functional Product Developer to join Norfolk County Council, focusing on the maintenance of and development of the Oracle Payroll system.
Requirements
- Experience of developing within Oracle Fusion, specifically within HCM/Payroll, ideally with experience or exposure in fast formulas.
- Knowledge of payroll legislation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to develop solutions that make best use of the technology and resources available.
- The ability to provide innovative, creative and practical solutions, whilst delivering value.
- Coach and support other members of the development team.
- Basic SQL experience used to query payroll and employee data to support issue investigation and resolution.
- Basic experience of OTBI and HDL loaders
