• Proven ability to build strong client relationships
• Experience in the professional or financial services sector (front office)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage end-to-end processes
• Commercial awareness and risk assessment skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and data management skills
• Degree or equivalent
• Knowledge of German employment legislation and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge in German regulatory requirements and YE audit processes
