Talent Engagement Partner

We are seeking a Talent Engagement Partner to join our team during an exciting period of transformation. The role will involve delivering the people strategy behind one of our most ambitious transformation programmes, working closely with workstream leads to confirm resourcing priorities and deliver targeted talent solutions.

Requirements

• In-depth experience in recruitment, talent sourcing or talent acquisition, preferably within a transformation background.
• Knowledge of workforce planning, internal mobility and building talent pipelines, familiar with capability and succession planning.
• Skilled in direct sourcing, recruitment, marketing and inclusion by design.
• Expert knowledge of HR technology, analytics and talent insight tools to shape recommendations.
