Instructional Designer

NHS Supply Chain is seeking an Instructional Designer to join their team during an exciting period of transformation. The role involves designing inclusive, engaging, and effective learning experiences, applying adult learning theory and instructional design principles.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
• Proficiency in using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Adobe Captivate) and learning platforms
• Ability to manage multiple learning projects simultaneously
• Experience working with subject matter experts and business partners
• Skill in using data, feedback, and learning analytics to assess effectiveness and continuously improve learning content
