Procurement Specialist (m/f/d)

The Procurement Specialist will work on a Hybrid basis at one of Nexperia's front-end manufacturing sites in Manchester or Hamburg, supporting procurement processes, controls, and supplier management. The role involves sourcing and supplier management, strategic procurement, cross-functional collaboration, and process ownership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years' procurement experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment with direct materials
• Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
• Confident analysing and presenting numerical data, with strong problem-solving ability
• Effective communicator with excellent English skills and the ability to collaborate across countries and time zones
• Skilled in SAP, Excel, PowerPoint, and data analysis tools
• Able to prioritise, adapt quickly, and work with urgency in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in process improvement, change management, and driving cross-functional collaboration

• Remuneration & Reward – Base salary of circa £44,000–£53,000, (DOE), Plus Bonus of up to 6%
