This is a hybrid role based out of Boston office, requiring 7+ years of full stack software development experience, expertise in React, Django, Azure, and a passion for solving tomorrow's climate crisis today.
Requirements
- 7+ years of full stack software development experience at companies with 10 or more developers
- Experience architecting, building, and deploying consumer-facing frontend applications in React and Typescript
- Experience developing and optimizing web-based solutions in modern Python, ideally using Django, FastAPI, or similar frameworks
- Robust understanding of web standards, infrastructure (databases, storage, caching, content delivery, etc.), and cloud platform offerings
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with users and business stakeholders, facilitating software and process requirements
- Experience leveraging debugging expertise and a proven track record of independently solving problems
- Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git, CI/CD pipelines for automated testing & deployment, and infrastructure tools like Terraform
- Understanding of cutting edge AI tools and a commitment to leveraging them to rapidly deliver high quality software
- Ownership mentality and initiative to make improvements to code, processes, and user experiences across the organization
