Requirements
- Minimum 7 years work experience in events management, preferably in the Financial Services sector
- Proven experience in running in person and hybrid events across the region
- Good knowledge of AV and production
- Ability to multi-task and manage ever changing and often conflicting priorities
- Ability to work with a high level of motivation and initiative
- Experience in managing budgets and cost control
- Experience in managing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality and value for money
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Detail conscious, ensuring reliability at all times, and fully committed to producing high quality and professional work in a team environment
- Ability to engage with people across cultural backgrounds, business disciplines and seniority levels
- Strong presentation and communications skills
- Willingness to travel across the region to deliver events
- Keen interest in learning about / gaining experience in project implementation and change management as part of transformation initiatives being undertaken by the bank
