Vice President, Event Management, Project Management Office (PMO)

Join MUFG, where being inspired is expected and making a meaningful impact is rewarded. We're looking for a Vice President, Event Management, Project Management Office (PMO) to manage events in the business and support project communications.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years work experience in events management, preferably in the Financial Services sector
• Proven experience in running in person and hybrid events across the region
• Good knowledge of AV and production
• Ability to multi-task and manage ever changing and often conflicting priorities
• Ability to work with a high level of motivation and initiative
• Experience in managing budgets and cost control
• Experience in managing and evaluating suppliers to ensure quality and value for money
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Detail conscious, ensuring reliability at all times, and fully committed to producing high quality and professional work in a team environment
• Ability to engage with people across cultural backgrounds, business disciplines and seniority levels
• Strong presentation and communications skills
• Willingness to travel across the region to deliver events
• Keen interest in learning about / gaining experience in project implementation and change management as part of transformation initiatives being undertaken by the bank
