Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical)

Silvus Technologies is seeking a full-time Talent Acquisition Specialist who will report to the Senior Technical Recruiter. The successful individual in this role will partner closely with hiring managers to help attract, assess, and hire top talent while delivering a great candidate experience. The role will be based at Silvus Technologies' headquarters in West Los Angeles, CA, and is on a hybrid schedule.

Requirements

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create engaging job descriptions
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline
• Serve as the candidate's advocate throughout the hiring process
• Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems
• Represent the company and promote our employer brand at university career fairs
• Assist with providing market and compensation analysis
• Partner with the recruiting team in project, process, and interview training
