Senior Manager, E-Billing & Montreal Billing Operations

We are looking for a Senior Manager, E-Billing & Montreal Billing Operations to join our team in our Toronto or Montreal offices. The role oversees E-Billing operations, billing processes, and systems, and manages a team to ensure timely and accurate billing procedures. The successful candidate will develop mechanisms to ensure seamless customer experience and training to business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Recognized accounting or administration designation
• At least 20 years+ experience in a management role
• Project Management experience or/and processes improvements
• Rapid grasp of operations
• Experience in Collection
• Experience working in a Professional Services environment
• Innovative and think outside the box
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and technology applications
• Strong analytical, organizational and time management skills
