Project Delivery Team Lead

We are seeking a Project Delivery Team Lead to join our team in any of our offices. The role involves coordinating and delivering technology projects that support the Firm's operational and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Technology Project Management Office (TPMO), this role manages the planning, execution, and monitoring of technology initiatives while ensuring alignment with established project governance, timelines, and organizational priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 6–9 years of experience in project management, technology implementation, or technology operations roles
• Experience delivering technology projects within enterprise or professional services environment
• Experience supporting a professional services organization such as a law firm, accounting firm, or consulting firm is considered an asset
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and delivery practices
• Experience managing technology projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to identify project risks and coordinate mitigation strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with project management tools and reporting systems
• Professional certifications such as PMP or Agile certifications are considered an asset
• PROSCI certification considered an asset
