The role involves reviewing new clients, matters, and business opportunities to identify potential conflicts of interest, analyzing legal, ethical, and risk considerations, and contributing to the firm's risk-management framework.

Requirements

• Membership in good standing with a Canadian law society
• Experience in ethics and conflict clearance an asset
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities (French and English required)
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to manage multiple timelines and priorities
