As a Customer Success Technician, you will provide on-site technical expertise and customer support for Career & Technical Education (CTE) and STEM learning environments. You will be responsible for technical installation, validation, and calibration of equipment, as well as instructor orientation and success enablement. You will deliver a positive, professional, customer-facing experience as the front-line representative of Meteor.
