Director, Show Delivery

Meow Wolf is seeking a Director, Show Delivery to lead the teams that comprise Show Leadership; Show Management, Production Design, and Technical Direction. The successful candidate will have over 15 years of experience in the development and design management of major projects within the entertainment/themed development industries.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Show management methodologies
• Experience managing diverse internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience in championing Creative Project delivery
• Skilled in problem solving and anticipating changes within team dynamics
• Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication, organizational, and creative thinking skills
• Considerable experience as a functional manager of people
• In-depth knowledge of programs such as P6, Planera, Autodesk Construction Cloud - Build, AirTable, Google Suite
