Maintenance Manager

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to join our team at MCC. As a leader in the industry, MCC is a global premium label manufacturer that helps brands stand out in competitive markets. The successful candidate will supervise and coordinate maintenance activities, prioritize safety, and lead a team of maintenance personnel.

Requirements

• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and 8+ years related experience and/or training
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume
