Health Services Coordinator (LPN)

At MBK Senior Living, we're committed to putting people first – our residents and team members. We're looking for a Health Services Coordinator (LPN) to join our team at our McDowell Village community in Scottsdale, AZ.

Requirements

• Conduct and coordinate assessments / evaluations of potential residents and make recommendations for admission
• Draft initial individualized Service Plans and update as needed
• Provide training and education on essential topics such as medication delivery, treatments, safety protocols, and emergency procedures
• Serve as a medication technician, if needed
• Check vital signs, perform basic nursing functions, and manage resident emergencies
• Maintain adequate inventory of resident care supplies and minimize waste
• Coordinate prescription orders and manage pharmacy delivery of medications
• Aid in community marketing efforts and promote a spirit of teamwork and open communication
