Remote Contact Center Specialist - State National

We are looking for a Contact Center Specialist to provide excellent customer service and respond to inbound calls from borrowers and financial institutions while performing outbound calls to insurance companies and agencies to verify insurance information.

Requirements

• Quickly analyze account history on a proprietary computer system and provide accurate information to assist in one-call resolution
• Perform insurance verifications via outbound calls and the internet
• Meet individual and team performance standards while maintaining good attendance and dependability
• Show courtesy and professionalism on all calls to ensure a positive customer experience
