Product Manager, RMS

We are looking for a Product Manager to join our RMS (Records Management System) team. In this role, you will own and evolve critical product areas that power day-to-day operations for public safety agencies. You will take real ownership over one to two modules, driving execution from idea through launch and iteration. The role requires 4-7+ years of experience building and shipping software products, ideally in enterprise SaaS environments. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end with a strong focus on execution, and experience working closely with engineering teams, ideally in a one team model.

• 4-7+ years of experience building and shipping software products, ideally in enterprise SaaS environments
• Proven ability to own and deliver product areas end-to-end with a strong focus on execution
• Experience working closely with engineering teams, ideally in a one team model
• Comfort partnering with sales, services, and go-to-market teams to support launches and adoption
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both customers and internal stakeholders effectively
• Experience building workflow-heavy or operational products; public safety experience is a plus
• Interest in applying AI to real-world product workflows
• A data-informed mindset with the ability to make thoughtful, driven decisions
• Humble, open, and curious. You seek out different perspectives and use them to build better products that serve a diverse set of users
• Communicative and collaborative. You proactively engage with customers, stakeholders, and teammates, ensuring alignment and shared understanding
