Requirements

• 10–15 years of progressive experience in technology leadership
• Strong background in scalable architectures, cloud infrastructure, DevOps, AI/ML integration, or communication platforms
• Proven success building and scaling engineering teams in high-growth technology companies
• Strong understanding of system design, security, distributed systems, and GTM-facing technical operations
