HVAC Field Technician

Provide field-based support of customer installations and assist with troubleshoot/repair of smart thermostats and other energy monitoring systems. Conduct surveys and audits of electrical components at both residential and commercial locations.

Requirements

• Installation and reporting of PCT and energy gateways in residential setting.
• Service residential HVAC systems by testing, troubleshoot repair, and diagnosis.
• Perform residential surveys & audits.
• Quality audits on removed thermostats.
• HVAC troubleshooting skills.
• Assist with diagnose installation errors and hardware defects.
• Maintain professional demeanor with clients and customers.
• Use of operational software to complete and submit documentation.
• Proficient with technology: smart phones, iPad, tablets, laptops, cloud-based storage, email, and texting.
