Compass Housing Alliance is seeking a Program Manager 1 to oversee the operations and management of a permanent supportive housing program for female identifying individuals who have experienced homelessness. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring service delivery consistent with the Compass mission, values, and vision through proper planning, implementation, operation, and evaluation of assigned programs. The position requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a human service setting, including direct supervision/management of direct service employees and experience in developing and enforcing operating and services procedures.
