Senior UX Designer

lululemon is hiring a Senior UX Designer to design future experiences for guests and educators across various platforms, utilizing latest technologies and partnering with Product, Engineering, Data, and Research teams. The role requires 5-8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped work. The compensation package includes a base pay of $132,600 - $174,000 CAD annually, with a competitive annual bonus program and various benefits.

Requirements

• 5 to 8+ years of experience in Product Design or UX Design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking and shipped work
• BS or BA degree (or equivalent experience) in Human-Computer Interaction, UX/UI/Design Diploma or Degree, or a related area
• Advanced skills in user-centered design, interaction design, visual design, and accessibility for mobile and web
• Expertise with Figma and collaborative tools such as Miro
• Superior relationship-building and communication skills
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking
• Expertise across all facets of human-centered design and user experience
• Compelling presentation skills to build and share inspiring visual stories with credibility, clarity, and confidence
• Well versed in facilitation techniques that enable groups to build clarity and alignment
• Practical understanding of current technologies used to build rich experiences for native iOS and responsive web
• Experience translating qualitative and quantitative data into design decisions
• Acknowledge the presence of choice in every moment and take personal responsibility for your life
